CORE (Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment) Services provide opportunities for eligible adult Medicaid beneficiaries with mental and/or substance use disorders to receive services in their own home or community.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR)
- Assists individuals in improving their functional abilities via rehabilitation counseling, skill building, and psychoeducational interventions where they live, work, learn, and socialize
Empowerment Services – Peer Support
- Non-clinical, peer-delivered services that promotes skills for coping with and managing behavioral health symptoms while facilitating the use of natural supports and community resources

- Be enrolled in a HARP or HIV-Special Needs Plan (SNP)
