Care Coordination

Care Coordination is a health benefit for individuals with Medicaid insurance that links participants to community services and care they may need to improve their overall health.

CORE Services

CORE or Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment provides opportunities for eligible adult Medicaid beneficiaries with mental and/or substance use disorders to receive services in their own home or community.

Community-based Peers

Peers are individuals with lived experience. Peers are available in the community and integrated into existing services to support individuals on their positive pathways to behavioral health and wellness. Our peers serve as educators, advocates, supporters, and connectors to other resources.

Crisis Stabilization Center

The Stabilization Center is a 24/7 community crisis response hub where people of all ages can connect immediately with an integrated team of counselors, peer specialists, and behavioral health professionals.

​Employment and
Benefits Counseling

Our Employment and Benefits Counselors work with people to maximize their available benefits and work incentives, plan goals, boost their employability, find and secure jobs, and provide extra support as they work.

​Rose Houses

Rose Houses are 24/7/365 short-term crisis respites that are home-like alternatives to hospital psychiatric ERs and inpatient units. Guests can stay up to seven days, and they can come-and-go for appointments, jobs, and other essential needs.

​Supportive Housing

Supportive Housing programs allow individuals to live anywhere in the community, receive help with their rent through subsidies, and receive customized services from People USA staff to ensure they are living well and meeting their self-defined goals.
