Services:
- The team will respond to any setting where a crisis is occurring immediately upon
determination of need - Services can be provided face-to-face or telephonically by a Peer Specialist and Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician
- Standard follow-up occurs in the days after the initial response to mitigate potential future crises.
- Services include engagement, peer support, care collaboration, and linkage to resources
