We are thrilled to share that People USA has been selected as the Sponsoring Organization for the Community Park Ambassador Program for Summer 2025 — in partnership with New City Parks!
This summer, we’ll be leading an exciting initiative to empower local voices and bring more life, joy, and connection to Malcolm X Park and Pershing Park in Poughkeepsie. These parks are YOUR parks, and the Ambassador Program is all about uplifting our community through meaningful engagement and grassroots leadership.
We are actively seeking Ambassadors for both park locations! If you’re passionate about community, connection, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you.
