The Westchester Crisis Stabilization Team works directly with community social service agencies and the courts to help individuals seek alternatives to incarceration. The team provides supportive and transitional care services to people at risk of entering the criminal justice system due to under-addressed mental health, substance use, or social determinants of health issues.

To participate:

  • Must have a mental health challenge
  • Possible or current criminal justice involvement
  • Receive a referral from the Westchester Department of Community Mental Health or local courts
