The MOT or Mobile Outreach Team works directly with Rockland Psychiatric Center to provide participants living in transitional housing environments with peer support and community outreach and outings to reintegrate them back into society.
To participate:
- Must have a mental health challenge
- Living in a transitional housing environment
- Receive a referral from Rockland Psychiatric Center
