Crisis Stabilization Team

The Westchester Crisis Stabilization Team works directly with community social service agencies and the courts to help individuals seek alternatives to incarceration. The team provides supportive and transitional care services to people at risk of entering the criminal justice system due to under-addressed mental health, substance use, or social determinants of health issues.

​LEAD Team

The Let Everyone Advance with Dignity (LEAD) team is an evidence-based street outreach program that creates an effective and racially equitable alternative to repeated arrests and incarceration for people whose low-level offenses are often due to unmet behavioral health needs.

​Mobile Crisis
Response Team

The MCRT or Mobile Crisis Response Team is a community resource to assist police with behavioral health calls, either independently or corresponding with Police Department. MCRT is comprised of an experienced team of a peer specialist and social worker who respond immediately upon receiving a request for service from law enforcement.

Mobile Outreach Team

The MOT or Mobile Outreach Team works directly with Rockland Psychiatric Center to provide participants living in transitional housing environments with peer support and community outreach and outings to reintegrate them back into society.

Peer Forensic Diversion Team

Peers Forensic Mobile Response Team works directly with law enforcement in the field and with the court system seeking alternatives to incarceration, to provide immediate crisis response and/or transitional care services to people at risk of entering the criminal justice system due to under-addressed mental health, addiction, or social determinant of health issues.
